From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. At the time of sale, I was provided with only one key. When I asked about the second key, Miguel assured me that the dealership would either contact the previous owner to retrieve it or work out a solution. I even requested this commitment in writing, but was told it was unnecessary because he would personally handle the matter.

As usual I love going to that place. Sometime I even bring my girlfriend car to do service and she has a Honda accord. And convince her to purchase a truck. Andy the advisor is also awesome. I will go there and refer people to go there.

This was the first time I got disappointed with this dealership. Gio told me it would take 3 hours for the software update for the recall. I waited patiently for 3 hours in their waiting area. They have a large window where you can see your car being worked on. I saw my car just sitting there with no one looking or working at it for 2.5 hours. I came in to see a 2026 3500 Limited, to compare to other trucks I'd seen, and worked with Ivan & Jeyson. Happy to say that they did such a good job outlining the truck and it's features, then, working with Luke, together they made a deal I could not refuse. How can you allow a person to leave with no insurance and no tag without calling the owner or the police?! When this vehicle arrived at the dealership the owner should have been notified immediately! Very disappointed and there will be consequences. Trust and believe!

I am completely dissatisfied. I went in to have the service you describe performed—and I even have a photo of the tire repair I requested—but although they did repair it, they failed to balance the wheel, leaving it shaking. I visited on Friday at 3:50 PM, but since they were already packing up to leave, they refused to perform the necessary adjustment—even though the error was entirely their own.
Service for this dealership was and has always been excellent. All of the Advisors are excellent, especially my interaction with Fernando Nunez during my recent visit for some work on my vehicle. He was able to have the technician find the problem and reach a solution. When the problem was unable to be completed he was able to advise me that a solution would be forthcoming from Mopar. xxxxxxto Fernando and hopefully I will be able to work with him in the future. I have been a CFCJDR customer for over 20 years and he is one of the best.
The part needed for repair had to be ordered, so that slowed the process. Other than that, I'm happy with the experience, and the result.

Service department is busting at the seams with service managers but can't get a customer out of the door in 90 minutes for an oil change. Wait time for an oil change with an appointment is 2.5 - 3 hours. Service manager was not available for my appointment, so another service manager stepped up to check me in. Left auper late although attention was not bad they mis placed numbers of the pricing of the jeeps at the beginning and after i trusted them the jeep we chose to buy i found out the day after the price was 2500$ less on the online post i tried talking to them since i had no proof but as an example I showed a jeep that one of my relatives was interested in and the price on the jeep was 2500$ more than the advertised price online. But they did not accredited my word and stopped answering

Very friendly group. Everyone was wonderful. I would have liked a slower review of the charges for the purchase. I had questions after I got home and maybe that could have been avoided if we had walked thru the numbers more clearly. We were so excited about the car we paid less attention to the numbers than we should have. Completely our fault but they handled the follow up questions quickly and clearly.

Explained the 2 quotes I had from to dealership from my state showed up at the dealership they presented a price lower and the price was agreed to. They were no back and forward he left only one time when I showed him the other quotes . The deal was sealed they detailed the vehicle I signed the paperwork then drove it to the truck stop loaded it in my 18 wheeler bought it back to North Carolina.

Service advisors Joshua and Eric are very professional and communicate well. Unfortunately the work done on my 2022 Pacific Hybrid minivan left light and deep scratches in the dash and front doors when dash was removed to replace evaporator due to air conditioning randomly being hot. Of course, they deny causing the issue but at least have offered to try to help with their interior team. Will see what they can do to remedy this issue next week...I fear they'll need to replace the interior because the deep scratches are not fixable. Also a gas smell is more present ...
