Josh my swrvice advisor took care of my 2024 Ram 2500 for it's first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smooth

There is definitely room for improvement in communication. Although we provided a contact phone number when dropping off the vehicle, all updates were sent only via text, and it was extremely difficult to reach someone by phone for additional information. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it had not been washed or detailed, and we were not given any instructions on where to find it in the lot. Clearer communication and attention to these details would greatly improve the overall service experience.

Service was efficient. Service advisor was pleasant. Would have liked to get a verbal recap of the service done to my Jeep.

Check in was very fast was greeted when I first arrived. When my advisor arrived I told him about a problem he asked all the right questions and found the problem and added to the work order. He kept me updated all throughout my stay. The work was done very fast and professional.

Oil change done incorrectly. Too much oil and overfilled. Car not washed as requested. Car smoking and riding rough. Had to immediately bring back in and the oil change had to be completely redone. 3.5 hour process.

Overall a good experience. I enjoyed working with Juan. There was no wait for someone to help us once we arrived. Good experience for the most part. Just be cautious as they aren’t as upfront with every step of the financing.

Overall good experience with the sales team, both Kris and Dylan. However- I think management needs to look at how they interact with customers and vehicles in the showroom. Under no circumstances should a jeep with a big engine and loud exhaust be on for more than a few seconds. And it’s two what appeared to be managers doing it! Shameful!. I had to leave the showroom to catch my breath. If you need to move cars, be smart as ask people to move the area briefly vs nearly hitting them and smoking them out with exhaust.

I brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger in for a simple oil change. I told my representative upon arrival that I had a coupon that was sent to me via email for $29.95. He said okay no problem. After nearly 2 hours for an oil change my representative said that'll be $123. I said I told you I had a coupon for $29.95. He said I can take 29.95 off of your total. I still paid approximately $97 for a 2 hour oil change that should have been $29.95. He said but we use synthetic oil on your car, I said I didn't ask for synthetic. Horrible service!

Every person on the sales team that we interacted with was super friendly and very responsive. Beautiful facility and easy to find. They gave us a great trade on our previous Jeep which definitely helped seal the deal. Scott even gave us a Thai restaurant recommendation for after the sale which was killer!

They were very understanding of my concerns and took my car in promptly and communicated continuously. Someone always asks if you need help right when you walk in.

Gio was awesome. We have tried to have our vehicle serviced at other dealers but never have been shown the level of customer service that Gio provided. He was great.

I was in town on vacation and was having a transmission issue. They worked very hard to get the truck looked at in a short window of time and help decide best next steps.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and reply to my inquiries. I went in with several problems and came out with 3 new problems. Have made several attempts to contact service advisor but have received no call back.

The phone reception aspect of service has room to improve but Once I made contact with Craig everything went smoothly!! I had a excellent experience with Justin. He was professional attentive and followed up with communication as promised. Repair went without issues. I’m a 3 time Jeep owner and repeat customer at this location. Although my experience started off a bit rocky, it was quickly turned around and made right. I truly believe the service department went above and beyond to help, though I’m not convinced Chrysler/Jeep provided the same level of support. That said, I’m ultimately satisfied with the final outcome.

Went here for a service appointment. My service advisor, Josh, was very helpful and communicative.

Everything worked out in the long run. I just hate having the games played. They could not find the car I wanted and was told was available on the phone. Everyone was nice in the long run, but buying a car should not be cumbersome.

It was an odd first experience. Pulled up was greeted by a lady who promptly told us we didn’t have an appointment. Then told us our rep would greet us and go sit down. We waited for the service. Was never greeted by rep until vehicle was done, no paperwork, we had to ask the employee who announced the vehicle was done-if he was Fernando “yes” and handed the keys. I had questions but was never given the opportunity to ask. That was our experience, lobby is nice.

I’m pissed…Your.team let me leave your dealership with no antenna, no owners manual, only one key fob, and when driving home to Ocala I experienced what is called by jeep owners as death wobble. I hope the management would address this and make it right for me. Try again to make it a good experience. I might need legal help in this matter. The experience I had was a complete flop. My third time here was questionable. Dropped my Jeep off Friday at 8am and wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. I understand it was Memorial Day wknd but I had to call 3 times a day to get an update. When I finally got my Jeep there were peanut wrappers and the paper was still on the floor and plastic over the seat.

Truly disappointed with the service. Delivered the vehicle with paint scuff marks multiple places. To fix the issue asked to him come again to dealership that is almost 1.5 hour travel for me. They wanted me to go to my nearest Morgan auto group dealer. I went to Toyota of Tampa bay to fix the paint problem and they said it would take 4 days to finish.
