My 2024 Wrangler came into the service department due to water leaks from both doors. My service writer and friend, Chris C. took very good care of me when I arrived. Unfortunately the water tech was running very late so Chris put me in a rental for the day. The next afternoon my Jeep was completed. Returning the rental was super easy, right there at the dealership. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Thanks Chris and Central Florida Jeep for stepping up.
This is the 2nd time I was serviced my Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram; amazing service. The service was great the 1st time and was even better the second time. Winston is great to work with for service and repairs on our Wagoneer. He arranged a courtesy ride and a rental while warranty repairs were being taken care of, which made the experience much better. No one likes it when their vehicle breaks down, but having a great service advisor makes all the difference. Thank You Winston!

The perfect example of customer focused experience. No time wasted on defining issue and uegency. My family was traveling and this service required happened on a Sunday. If the level of service was not provided, we would have been stranded. Bob Parr was ABOVE PAR on this day for sure!

Whenever I need service, I call to make an appointment and request for Marcous to be my service advisor. I have been buying and servicing cars for about 5 years now and Marcous has always been my advisor and treats me right and gets me in and out ASAP! This past visit he got me out of there before promised. Great Job! I also like the video that the service tech takes so we can see what they are seeing. Keep up the great work!!

I was super impressed with the service we received. My rep. Kayla was informative, kind, and very parient. She never pushed, but at the same time did not give up on us. Although I traded in my Sahara, wanting another one, it was not in our reach. Last minute once we gave up, she found a Sport S that I would be happy with. Again.....never pushy. The finance manager was awesome and made us feel very relaxed. I recommend this place to anyone 100%.
