I personally wouldn’t go back. They act like they your friend. I told them the amount I had for a down payment they said it was enough. When it was time to sign the paperwork I didn’t want the PPE which was $1999 more. They said I had to take the PPE or I had to put more money down. I never had a dealership tell me that before. They excuse was they have to pay the bank $4000 so either I take the PPE or I have to put an extra $2000 down to get the car.

I have been a client of the Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership since 2019 and it was not until recently that I can say that this Dealer is the WORST ever.
Last May I took my 2018 Jeep Compass (50K miles) for service since it halted a couple of times and had an alert on the dashboard. I DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET MY 2019 RAM 1500 SERVICED. I COULD HAVE TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALER, HOWEVER THE ONE THAT IS 15 MINUTES AND THE ONE THAT IS 40 MINUTES AWAY HAVE REVIEWS OF 2,0 AND 2.5 OUT OF 5. Disappointed in the service my car is still at the dealership. I was not offered a rental car and my car was there for 6 days. Had to take the car back because it had a noice in left front that was not there before. My car is still there they are trying to figure out what is wrong. The installed swag bars and back shocks the first service. They only communicate by text hate the system. They don't care the inconvenience and disserve they are doing to the customers. Service Mgr. don't care.

It’s not even worth my time to write something. No customer service at all, they love to sell but when is time of providing services, services that we as customers pay is not even free, they suck at the maximum level.
I came in for oil change and tire rotation and Bob my service advisor got me in and out in a little under 2 hours.
I was happy with my visit here. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. It only took 2.5 hours to get my oil changed, do a quick once over on my Ram and complete the recall.

He also informed me of a wheel alignment that was recommended. I declined that service at the time. I may do that next oil change. My Chrysler Voyager radio system would not turn off after shutting off the engine. There was a glitch causing the radio to think my phone was still connected to Uconnect, but it wasn't. Friendly staff. Final signature procedure, unfamiliar and possibly corrupt. A desktop is a computer screen. Very difficult to see. I am old school and prefer paper. I finally was able to review what was signed yesterday. I am quite shocked to see several signatures that are unverified. I will inquire with mgmt about the "extra amounts" added to the contract.

The jeep compass 2022 is beautiful but there was some documentation problem that cause inspection to be too close if I could be an appointment it could cause tickets. But, all is well now.

From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. At the time of sale, I was provided with only one key. When I asked about the second key, Miguel assured me that the dealership would either contact the previous owner to retrieve it or work out a solution. I even requested this commitment in writing, but was told it was unnecessary because he would personally handle the matter.
