I came in for oil change and tire rotation and Bob my service advisor got me in and out in a little under 2 hours.
I was happy with my visit here. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. It only took 2.5 hours to get my oil changed, do a quick once over on my Ram and complete the recall.

My car wasn’t all the way clean when I got it was told to come back multiple times to get my second key because it was put away to then find out there wasn’t any key was promised to fill up my tank for coming multiple times and then no gas was given the car is amazing do other then those broken promises the car is amazing
He was super easy to work with and very straightforward. He understood that we were there to purchase and knew what we wanted and did not pressure us into anything, but listened to our needs and did everything he could to help us. We have been shopping for a while and have dealt with many high pressure salesman who just turn us off from the process, but Ivan was the by far the best and easiest salesman so far. 10/10!

Tim was amazing and was able to turn a negative scenario into a great sale. The original pick up we went for was sold to someone when we were on our way. I was brought in on time for my scheduled appt. Bob informed me that there were no parts in place for the current recall and that someone would reach out when available. He also informed me of a wheel alignment that was recommended. I declined that service at the time. I may do that next oil change. He is always very thorough and a pleasure to have handle my Jeep service appts.

My Chrysler Voyager radio system would not turn off after shutting off the engine. There was a glitch causing the radio to think my phone was still connected to Uconnect, but it wasn't. Friendly staff. Final signature procedure, unfamiliar and possibly corrupt. A desktop is a computer screen. Very difficult to see. I am old school and prefer paper. I finally was able to review what was signed yesterday. I am quite shocked to see several signatures that are unverified. I will inquire with mgmt about the "extra amounts" added to the contract.

The jeep compass 2022 is beautiful but there was some documentation problem that cause inspection to be too close if I could be an appointment it could cause tickets. But, all is well now.

From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. At the time of sale, I was provided with only one key. When I asked about the second key, Miguel assured me that the dealership would either contact the previous owner to retrieve it or work out a solution. I even requested this commitment in writing, but was told it was unnecessary because he would personally handle the matter.

I came in to see a 2026 3500 Limited, to compare to other trucks I'd seen, and worked with Ivan & Jeyson. Happy to say that they did such a good job outlining the truck and it's features, then, working with Luke, together they made a deal I could not refuse.
