The only reason I go there is Jacob. Others do not seem to care with customers while waiting Justin assisted me too car sat for an hour in the before work started

Gabriel Freire helped us get our first car! He listened to what I wanted and then found what we were looking for. He helped us get the right financing and so we are going to come back. The management was almost done with paperwork and we could have taken the vehicle home on May 16th but they couldn't let us drive it away without a Florida based insurance. Gabriel came in on his day off to make sure we took the vehicle, home. He went the extra mile. Love my Jeep Compass! Thank you!!

Javier was great to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful while looking for a used vehicle. Showed me vehicles in my price range, which was nice. Didn't try to force the sale. Hani did not take the time to correct some of the paperwork that was needed for my trade in. I brought my mother in to sign the title that was in her name over, but he knowingly left my name on the paperwork. I will be very unhappy if I have to come up there again to resolve the issue. As of now, it has not been brought back up. The finance department should take the time to insure everything is correct before asking someone to sign a document. It was a very unprofessional, lazy decision in my opinion.

Justin and Ray were great in the service department. Dropped the truck off in the morning and received a text when the truck was ready. The shuttle service was great as well. Needed an appraisal on my truck for my insurance company from the sales department and after three days of texting the sales associate that was supposed to email it to me I have yet to receive anything. I would really appreciate an email appraisal of my truck in order to provide to my insurance company
